Warranty Policy
To obtain warranty coverage, the Buyer must submit a claim within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect by contacting KoreJetMetal through the official website.
Final warranty decisions for all products are made by KoreJetMetal. Warranty claims will not be approved for issues caused by non-product-related factors, including but not limited to:
Shipping damage
Missing or defective parts reported after 30 days of delivery
Misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
Failure to follow installation or user instructions
Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
Use in unsuitable environments
Natural disasters or external events
Theft or loss
Product Warranty Coverage
1. Standard Products (Sheds, Shelters, Storage, Gates, Containers, Attachments)
Customers must perform regular maintenance and inspections.
Chery Industrial Shelters are covered under the following warranty terms:
Frame: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
PE Covering Material: 2-year warranty against defects.
PVC Covering Material: 8-year warranty against defects
2. Outdoor Kitchen Station β Gas Grill (3-Year Limited Warranty)
The Outdoor Kitchen Station β Gas Grill is covered under a 3-Year Limited Warranty for residential use only.
Coverage Includes:
Stainless steel cabinet and main frame (structural defects such as weld failure or cracking)
Electrical components (switches, outlets, breakers) due to manufacturing defects
Gas system components (valves, seals, and connectors) for factory-related leaks or failures
Hardware components (hinges, handles, slides) under normal use
Factory defects in assembly or supplied parts
Electrical & Safety Requirements
Designed for North American 120V residential power supply
Must be installed using GFCI-protected outlets
Requires dedicated circuit protection
Outdoor-rated wiring must be used; extension cords and power strips are not allowed
Load & Usage Limitations
Stainless steel surfaces and panels are light-load rated (5β10 kg per designated area)
Do not drill into stainless steel panels unless explicitly reinforced
Designed for residential outdoor cooking use only
Exclusions (Applies to Kitchen Station)
Misuse, modification, or commercial use
Improper installation or unsafe electrical/gas setup
Natural rust, corrosion, or weather exposure over time
Consumable parts such as rubber seals, gaskets, and trim (30β90 days coverage only)
Unauthorized disassembly or modification
External damage or accidents

Warranty applies only to purchases made through KoreJetMetal.com or authorized dealers
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
Unauthorized resale or third-party purchases are not covered
KoreJetMetal is not liable for indirect losses such as profit loss, labor costs, or property damage
KoreJetMetal reserves the right to interpret and apply this warranty policy at its discretion.
